La Spirale

La Spirale, a kind of café- concert or jazz cave in the Old City of Fribourg, is among the most appreciated jazz club (in the broad sense of the term) in Switzerland, as well by musicians as the spectators. It goes form Jazz, Blues, Variety or traditional musics to also Rock, Humour or Cinema.

Every Wednesday, the place is reserved for the promotion of musicians from Fribourg. It gives the young musicians the opportunity to take their first steps into the scene or the confirmed ones can test new formulas or a new répertoire.
