This is a very late, very rushed blog – should have been posted on Monday! So forget it’s this week and pretend it’s last week! Sunday - dinner at Sir and Madam. Well, after a heavy day’s gardening we felt we owed ourselves a treat. And S and M is always a treat. My seafood salad in limejuice and chillies was hot, sharp and tasty – so rather like me. Or not. Himself opted for a Thai red curry and waxed lyrical about it throughout the entire evening. As for his dessert – get this! DEEP FRIED ICE
